Since the moment of our first cry, “Waaah~,” at birth, we’ve established a connection with the earth. From infancy to adulthood and old age, breath has accompanied us throughout our lives. Because it happens so naturally, we often forget the importance of breath. When we learn to swim, we need to take in a big breath and hold it, then slowly exhale bubbles underwater. When we feel anxious and things don’t go as planned, taking deep breaths helps us calm down. And when we dance, the rhythm of our breath allows us to fully enjoy our bodies. Let’s follow the story, inhaling and exhaling, to uncover our strength through breath.
