In the reckless years of youth, there were only two things in life - love and rebellion.
As a temple boy, I studied hard and challenged the system for the sake of a girl.
Has our youth faded away, turning us into the adults we once despised?
As a deer’s head drawn with a marker mysteriously appears on the school emblem in the principal’s office, Ah Zhu, the troublemaker at school, decides to aim for the top spot in the exams so he can confess his love to Jeelin, the second-ranked student in the class. One day, he unexpectedly obtains an answer sheet for the upcoming exam, but despite this advantage, he proves his integrity by failing the test anyway. Through this, he accidentally discovers that Jeelin and the top-ranked student, Zheng Yao, are behind the creation of the answer sheet and are the leaders of the “Deer” group. Ah Zhu was invited to join the Deer, a group that rebels against the school through various destructive actions, because he isn’t swayed by the temptation of the answers. As they carry out their missions, Ah Zhu and Jeelin develop feelings for each other, but their relationship faces challenges when Ah Zhu’s cover is blown. Will the destructive actions continue? Will Ah Zhu and Jeelin's love endure when there’s no longer a shared purpose? Ultimately, what kind of adults will they all become?
