Cao Việt Nga (b.2002, Vietnam) is an artist and producer. She is a member of ba-bau collective (2021–) and co-founder of Hoa Quỳnh Cinema (2022–). Working across moving image and performance, her practice centers on the body, rhythm and the subtle tensions embedded in everyday life. Since 2025, she has developed a series of dough-related performances, including “an unfolding everydayness” at Project Đẩy Sàn, Ho Chi Minh City and “my body becomes dough” at Puppet Slam 2025, Tồ Lô Puppet Theater, Hanoi. These works form part of her ongoing reflection on urban life, focusing on moments when individuals fall out of sync with social roles: in states of rest, play and mental drift.
