• TPAC is equipped with accessibility elevators for visitors to reach the theater’s different levels. If you require assistance with wheelchairs, large mobility aid devices, or other accessibility services, please contact our service center three days before your visit at 02-7756-3888

Handicap-accessible restrooms:

• First floor, second floor, fifth floor

Lactation/pumping room:

• First floor
• Accessibility parking spots at B1
• Six accessibility parking spots for cars, four parking spots reserved for pregnant mothers or women with infants, and eight accessibility parking spots for motorcycles.

Handicap bus pick-up spot:

Visitors may make appointments for handicap bus pickup on the first floor at the Chengde Rd. side. (Make an appointment here)

Courtesy seats:

• To ensure the safety of our visitors, TPAC recommends that handicapped visitors and visitors in wheelchairs be accompanied by one friend or family member when visiting our venue.

Seats reserved for handicapped visitors at every performance:

• 15 seats in the Grand Theater on the fourth floor, 8 seats in the Globe Playhouse on the seventh floor, and up to 8 seats in the Blue Box on the fourth floor (to be determined according to the number of seats made available by the performing group).

Wheelchair spots are available at every performance:

5 spots in the Grand Theater on the fourth floor, 6 spots in the Globe Playhouse on the seventh floor, and 4 spots in the Blue Box on the fourth floor (to be determined according to the number of seats made available by the performing group). Wheelchair spots are designated areas for wheelchairs. Visitors with wheelchair spot tickets must bring their own wheelchairs.

Grand Theater:

• Take elevator number 1 to the first floor.
• Proceed to the third floor and transfer to elevator number 7 to reach the fourth floor. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

Globe Playhouse:

• Take elevator number 2 from the basement floor to the seventh floor. Staff will guide you to wheelchair seating in the theater.
• Take elevator number 2 or elevator number 3 from the first floor to the seventh floor. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

Blue Box:

• Take elevator number 2 from the basement floor to the fourth floor. Staff will guide you to wheelchair seating in the theater.
• Take elevator number 2 or elevator number 3 from the first floor to the fourth floor. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

• Wheelchairs, strollers, and reading glasses are provided for free use at the service center on the first floor.
• We provide a service to help visually impaired visitors get from Jiantan MRT Station to TPAC. Please make an appointment three days prior to your visit via phone or email at: service@tpac-taipei.org or 02-7756-3888 Monday to Friday from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m..
