Accessible elevators

• TPAC is equipped with accessible elevators for visitors to reach theaters on different levels.
• If you need assistance with wheelchairs, large mobility aid devices, or other accessibility services, please contact our service center three days before your visit at 02-7756-3888.

Accessible parking spots at B1

• 6 accessible parking spots for cars.
• 4 parking spots reserved for pregnant mothers or women with infants
• 8 accessibile parking spots for motorcycles.

Accessible shuttle (paratransit service) pick-up spot:

Visitors may make appointments for paratransit service pickup on 1F at the Chengde Rd. side. 

Courtesy seats

For safety reasons, audience members with disabilities or wheelchair users are advised to be accompanied by one companion.

Wheelchair spots are available at every performance:

• There are 11 spots in the Grand Theater on 4F, 8 spots in the Globe Playhouse on 7F, and 6 spots in the Blue Box on 4F (to be determined according to the number of seats made available by the performing group).
• Wheelchair spots are designated areas for wheelchairs. Visitors holding wheelchair-spot tickets must bring their own wheelchairs.

Seats reserved for visitors with disabilities (TPAC hosted performances):

• 18 seats in the Grand Theater on 4F
• 12 seats in the Globe Playhouse on 7F
• Up to 8 seats in the Blue Box on 4F (to be determined according to the number of seats made available by the performing group).

Grand Theater:

• Take elevator number 1 to 1F.
• Proceed to 3F and transfer to elevator number 7 to reach 4F. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

Globe Playhouse:

• Take elevator number 2 from B1 to 7F. Staff will guide you to wheelchair seating in the theater.
• Take elevator number 2 or elevator number 3 from 1F to 7F. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

Blue Box:

• Take elevator number 2 from B1 to 4F. Staff will guide you to wheelchair seating in the theater.
• Take elevator number 2 or elevator number 3 from 1F to 4F. A staff member will then guide you to the wheelchair spot in the theater.

• Wheelchairs, strollers, and reading glasses are provided for free use at the Information Desk on 1F.
• We provide a service to help visually impaired visitors get from Jiantan MRT Station to TPAC. Please make an appointment three days prior to your visit via phone or email at: service@tpac-taipei.org or 02-7756-3888 Monday to Friday from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
