Get off National Highway No. 1 at the Taipei Interchange (25k) and take the ramp towards Shihlin. Go north on Section 3, Chongqing N Rd. Turn right to cross Bailing Bridge. Take another right on Jihe Rd to arrive at the center.

There is often heavy traffic around the area during rush hour (Jiantan Rd, Section 4 of Chengde Rd, Section 5 of Zhongshan N Rd, etc.), so it is recommended that you schedule your visit accordingly.

Limited Car Spaces: Please use public transportation when possible. Before driving to our center, check available parking spaces on the Taipei Real-Time Traffic Information website or iTaipeiParking (Mandarin only). If our parking lot is full, you can park at nearby parking lots.

Car/Motorbike Parking Lot

Entrance: Located on the Chengde Road side of the venue. There are 200 car parking spaces (height limit 2.1 meters), including 7 accessible spaces and 6 electric vehicle spaces.

Temporary Parking Fees and Visitor Discounts:

Weekdays (Monday to Friday before 17:00):

• 09:00 - 01:00 (next day): 25 NTD per 30 minutes (charged in 30-minute intervals).
• 01:00 - 09:00: 5 NTD per 30 minutes (charged in 30-minute intervals).
• Weekday maximum charge: 240 NTD for 12 hours. (Effective Jan. 1, 2026, the weekday maximum charge will be 300 NTD for 12 hours.)
• Visitor Discount: With a same-day event ticket from our center (excluding guided tours and similar activities), parking is 150 NTD for up to 4 hours. After 4 hours, standard temporary rates apply.
• If the event lasts more than 6 hours, parking is 200 NTD for the first 6 hours from the time of entry. After 6 hours, standard temporary rates apply. 

Weekends (Friday after 17:00, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays):

• 09:00 - 01:00 (next day): 35 NTD per 30 minutes (charged in 30-minute intervals). (Effective Jan. 1, 2026, the charge will be 40 NTD per 30 minutes.)
• 01:00 - 09:00: 5 NTD per 30 minutes (charged in 30-minute intervals).
• No maximum charge on weekends.
• Visitor Discount: With a same-day event ticket from our center (excluding guided tours and similar activities), parking is 150 NTD for up to 4 hours. After 4 hours, standard temporary rates apply. 
• If the event lasts more than 6 hours, parking is 200 NTD for the first 6 hours from the time of entry. After 6 hours, standard temporary rates apply. 

Taipei Municipal Bailing High School Parking Lot offers the same visitor discount for same-day event tickets from the Taipei Performing Arts Center (excluding guided tours and similar activities): parking is 150 NTD for up to 4 hours from the time of vehicle entry. After 4 hours, the standard temporary rates of Bailing High School Parking Lot apply. If the event lasts more than 6 hours, parking is 200 NTD for the first 6 hours. After 6 hours, the standard temporary rates of Bailing High School Parking Lot apply.

Motorbike Parking Lot

Entrance: Located on the Chengde Road side of the venue. There are 353 motorbike parking spaces, including 8 accessible spaces.

Temporary Parking Fees and Visitor Discounts:

Weekdays (Monday to Friday before 17:00): Single entry: 20 NTD
Weekends (Friday after 17:00, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays): Temporary and visitor parking: 40 NTD per entry

With a disability certificate, vehicle registration, driver's license, or special identification:

• Free parking for the first 4 hours.
• Starting from the 5th hour, half of the regular temporary parking fee.
