TPAC hours of operation and services

Ticket services:

12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Closed on Monday.

Service hotline: 02-7756-3888( 11:00-20:00)

Service Center hours: 12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Closed on Monday.

  • Venue, performances, transportation information
  • TPAC membership registration and information
  • Lost and found
  • Free use of wheelchairs, strollers, and reading glasses
  • First aid station

Ticket Center hours: 12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Closed on Monday.

  • Ticket purchase, pickup, and refund services for the OPENTIX platform. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

Restaurant hours: Service will be provided in the form of pop-up stores in accordance with performance times. Details will be announced on TPAC official website and Facebook page.

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item at TPAC, please check the lost items list, call the customer service hotline, or ask for assistance at our service center.

To pick up your lost item(s), please call the service center at 02-7756-3888 to make an appointment for pickup. (Before March 7: Monday to Friday from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. | Starting from March 8: 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. every day)

Pets

In the 1F and 2F public areas, pets are allowed but must not "touch the ground," meaning they are to remain in a pet stroller/carrier at all times. Pet stroller/carrier rental service is not available. Pet owners are responsible for providing a proper stroller/carrier for their pets.

On 3F and above are performance and activity spaces and pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs). Please note that kennel services are not provided.
