  • Magnifying glasses: can be borrowed free of charge.
  • Wheelchairs: may be borrowed by leaving a valid form of ID; only for emergency transport use.
  • ATM: Taipei Fubon Bank, available during opening hours (ATM location).
  • Nursery room: please contact the Information Desk before use (Nursery room location).
  • Lockers: paid self-service lockers available during opening hours (locker location).
  • Strollers: may be borrowed by leaving a valid form of ID. Use is limited to two hours and within the Taipei Performing Arts Center's public areas.

Ticket Box hours: ：12:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Closed on Monday.
Ticket purchase, pickup, and refund services for the OPENTIX platform. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

If you have lost an item at TPAC, please check the lost items list, call the customer service hotline, or ask for assistance at our service center.

To pick up your lost item(s), please call the service center at 02-7756-3888 to make an appointment for pickup. (Before March 7: Monday to Friday from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. | Starting from March 8: 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. every day)
