★ Inspired by the classic Peking opera Havoc in the Dragon Palace
★ An interactive traditional theatre experience
It all starts with a banana…
Come join the Monkey King on an unexpected underwater adventure!
The Story
On Mount Huaguo, a group of little monkeys fight over a banana. An old monkey teaches them an important lesson: sharing is better than keeping everything for yourself.
But the trouble does not stop there. To protect his friends and their home, the Monkey King dives into the magical Crystal Palace to find a powerful weapon. As he enters the underwater world, the ocean roars and the Crystal Palace glows in the dark. What will he find there—treasure or trouble? Step by step, he explores this mysterious place, and the adventure unfolds.
The Performance
With lively scene changes and interactive moments, the performance brings the story to life through expressive movement and action. The audience is invited to watch, feel, and join in the fun. Along the way, the story shares simple but important ideas, such as sharing, being polite, respecting others, caring for the environment, and building healthy habits. It turns a familiar tale into a joyful and surprising journey under the sea.
