The concert opens with “The Peach Blossom Weeps Tears of Blood” , recognized as Taiwan’s first Taiwanese-language popular song, guiding audiences back to the golden age of early Taiwanese pop music. Taipei Jazz Orchestra joins forces with acclaimed vocalist Crystal JDD to reimagine beloved classics such as “Kao Shan Ching,” “Sweet Eighteen,” and “If I Open the Window of My Heart” through the vibrant language of jazz.
Blending nostalgic melodies with dazzling jazz rhythms, Old School Party Night invites audiences to step back into the glamorous musical era of vintage Taiwan.
