About the Performance
《Body In Taipei》 : The area and the environment that I exist in, is an interactive relationship. “As an artist and creator, how can I define myself in this place”is the question that I’m pondering and exploring recently. Taipei is the main place for me to develop my personal career, I always thought everyone in this place can build their own dream with freedom . To create in this city, or I can say ,this city inspire me to create, it remind me that always be alive in present-day society . In this work, I’ll purely use my body symbol to respond my own impressions of Taipei.
LIU JUN-DE
LIU Jun-De was a high-school drama major, a college dance major and is now a performing artist. At the age of 18, he took part in NTCH’s E.T Revolution and performed first self-choreographed piece Revolution. LIU develops his creative style through his learning experience.
