Penumbra - Eclipse Theatre Company
The group is composed of students from the Department of Drama at Culture University and the Department of Drama Creation and Application at the University of Tainan. They use original scripts to express their views and imaginations about modern society, and present them in a dramatic way.
“Penumbra” symbolizes the intersection of light and shadow. It is neither completely bright nor completely dark, implying the multifaceted nature of human nature, emotions, and stories.
“Eclipse” lunar eclipse—When the light is temporarily obscured, the outline of the world becomes more distinct. We hope to discover new perspectives and emotions through drama creation.
