For those who purchase tickets for the "2023 Taipei Arts Festival" and "2023 Taipei Children's Arts Festival" performances before May 31, there will be weekly draws for "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Accommodation Vouchers," and an additional draw in October for the "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Panoramic Suite." Eligibility: "Participants who have joined the Taipei Arts membership, completed the OPENTIX ticketing binding, and successfully purchased tickets during the event period."

Event Mechanics:
During the event period, purchase tickets for the "2023 Taipei Arts Festival" and "2023 Taipei Children's Arts Festival" program performances to participate in the weekly draw for "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Accommodation Vouchers." In October, there will be an additional draw for all eligible participants to win the "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Panoramic Suite."

Participants must be registered as both "Taipei Arts Members" and "OPENTIX Members," complete the OPENTIX ticketing binding, and successfully purchase tickets during the event period.

OPENTIX is the ticketing platform partnered with Taipei Performing Arts Center this year. OPENTIX members need to register first and then follow the instructions to bind their membership with Taipei Arts membership.

Event Details:

During the event period, one winner will be drawn each week for the "2023 Taipei Arts Festival" and "2023 Taipei Children's Arts Festival" who have purchased tickets and are registered as Taipei Arts members. At the end of the October double festival, one winner will be drawn for the "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Panoramic Suite."

Draws will be conducted on Fridays, May 19, May 26, June 2, and October 6. For the draws before the end of May, the qualification period will be calculated until each Wednesday. Participants who have not won in a particular week can continue to participate in the next draw until the end of the event. After the double festival event, there will be a final draw for all registered Taipei Arts members who have successfully purchased tickets. The winners' announcement will be posted on the Taipei Performing Arts Center's latest news within two days of the draw.
- The prize redemption process will be initiated by the Taipei Performing Arts Center through the delivery of an electronic notification email to the winners. The email address used for sending the correspondence will be based on the contact information provided by the Taipei Performing Arts Center member. If a response with the required information is necessary, please send it back within the specified time and complete the redemption process according to the regulations. Failure to obtain the required information or incomplete data within the specified period will be considered as forfeiting the right to the prize. Late redemption requests will not be reissued. The first batch of prizes will be sent out progressively starting from June 30th, and the prizes drawn in October will be sent out before the end of October.

The winners must be the individuals who purchased the event tickets, and the contact information should match the registration data of the Taipei Performing Arts Center. If the identification document provided by the winner does not match the name of the ticket purchaser, the Taipei Performing Arts Center reserves the right to cancel the prize.

The activity prizes are only available to residents of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. According to the tax laws of the Republic of China, if the prize amount exceeds NT$20,000 (including), the winner is required to pay a 10% tax on the prize income. If the prize amount exceeds NT$1,000 (including), it must be included in the annual income as per the relevant tax laws. Therefore, the winners need to provide a copy of their identification document and fill out the prize claim form in order to receive the prize. The Taipei Performing Arts Center will declare the winnings in accordance with the law and report them to the tax authorities as part of the winners' annual income.
