Workshop Description

We explore how to turn difficult topics into interdisciplinary work. Using my previous work as a starting point for deconstructing racial stereotypes, how to use personal stories and tactics to create work that reflects a unique perspective. We use any available means of expression to create stories that move society.

A Brief Biography of Artist

South Africa & Switzerland｜Ntando Cele
Ntando Cele is a director, performer, and theatre maker currently living in Bern (CH). Her works are a unique blend of global influences and explore identity politics through multidisciplinary expression. Gleefully dissecting prejudices and stereotypes she uses humor to confront audiences with their perceptions.
