Taiwanese choreographer Pei Ju Chien-Pott has been invited to the DAP Dance Festival (International Dance Festival Pietrasanta) in Italy for three consecutive years to create exciting creations with artists from different fields such as performing arts, dance, music and contemporary visual art. This year's latest work "Butterfly Echoes" is inspired by Italian musician Puccini's classic opera "Madame Butterfly", blended with contemporary electronic music, and inherited from the lost solo dance "Ecstasy Reappearance" by Martha Graham, the godmother of American modern dance.
