(2) Deliberation on annual business plans, performance objectives, and execution results. (3) Deliberation on annual budgets and final accounts. (4) Deliberation on organizational regulations and rules. (5) Deliberation on the disposal of self-owned immovable properties or the establishment of liabilities. (6) Deliberation on matters required to be resolved by the Board of Directors as stipulated in this self-government ordinance. (7) Deliberation on other significant matters.
