藝穗節推出「全民瘋藝穗」，鼓勵愛看戲的穗友們不管是理性分析、感性陳述，或是不帶個人喜惡及人身攻擊的批判觀點，都可以在本專區得到抒發與交流的機會！
◆投稿主題：2023臺北藝穗節任一節目之觀後心得
◆投稿期間：2023／8／19（六）－9／5（二），於該場次演出欣賞完畢後48小時發表為佳
◆投稿字數：300字以上

圓山飯店精緻無窗客房（共三間，單間定價NT$ 8,800 +10%）
◆獎勵說明：
凡完成2023臺北藝穗節「全民瘋藝穗」評論，並成功刊登於官網頁面達到十篇以上，即可獲得：
「圓山飯店住宿券」抽獎資格，每人限抽1次。住宿券於9/30前抽出，屆時將公告於北藝中心官網並以Email通知獲獎人。
◆注意事項：
1.完成2023臺北藝穗節「全民瘋藝穗」評論並成功刊登於官網頁面達到十篇文章以上即符合抽獎資格。中獎名單將於9/30前抽出，得獎者將於抽出日之10日內於本頁面公告。
2.中獎者將由臺北表演藝術中心發送中獎通知電子信件及簡訊與之聯繫，發送信件之信箱及手機號碼以投稿填寫之聯繫方式為主。若需回函中獎相關資料，請於指定時間內寄回，並依規定完成兌獎流程，若於期限內無法取得寄件資料或資料不全、資料有誤者，視同放棄得獎權利，逾期兌獎恕不補發贈品。獎項統一於10/30前以掛號寄出。
3.活動獎項僅提供居住在中華民國台、澎、金、馬地區之居民，得獎獎項恕不得折抵現金或更換其他商品。依中華民國稅法規定，獎項金額若超過 $NT20,000(含)以上者，依稅捐相關法令規定，須繳交機會中獎所得稅10%。獎項金額超過 $NT1,000(含)以上者，依稅捐相關法令規定，需列入年度所得，故得獎者需提供身分證件影本並填寫領獎資料表後，方得以領取獎項，臺北表演藝術中心將依法申報並由稅捐機關列入得獎者年度所得。
4.此活動為臺北表演藝術中心舉辦，臺北表演藝術中心有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。相關公告以此頁面為主。
Audience Speaks Up
You have so much to say after watching the performances but don't know where to share. We introduce the “Audience Speaks Up” platform to encourage theater lovers to share their genuine thoughts. We look forward to hearing your critical opinions, as long as they are not personal attacks.

The feedback, after verified by the organizers, will be published in the TFF comment section. When you submit more than ten entries, you will have a chance to win a prize!

Raffle Information
◆Awards:
"Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Panoramic Suite."
◆Reward Description:
Participants who complete ten or more reviews for the 2023 Taipei Fringe Festival on the "Audience Speaks Up" platform and have their reviews successfully published on the official website will be eligible for the "Grand Formosa Regent Taipei Panoramic Suite" lucky draw. Each person is limited to one draw. The accommodation voucher will be drawn before September 30th, and the winners will be announced on the Taipei Performing Arts Center's official website and notified via email.
◆Important Notes:
1. Participants who complete ten or more reviews for the 2023 Taipei Fringe Festival on the "Audience Speaks Up" platform and have them successfully published on the official website will be eligible for the lucky draw. The list of winners will be drawn before September 30th, and the winners will be announced on this page within ten days after the draw.
2. Winners will be contacted by the Taipei Performing Arts Center through email and SMS using the contact information provided during the submission process. If a response with the necessary information is required, please send it back within the specified time and complete the prize-claiming process as instructed. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time or providing incomplete or incorrect information will result in the forfeiture of the winning prize. The prizes will be sent by registered mail before October 30th.
3. The activity prizes are only available to residents in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu. The prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or other items. According to the tax regulations of the Republic of China, if the prize amount exceeds NT$20,000 (inclusive), a 10% income tax on the winnings is required. If the prize amount exceeds NT$1,000 (inclusive), it should be included in the annual income, so the winners must provide a photocopy of their identification documents and fill out a prize collection form before receiving the prize. The Taipei Performing Arts Center will report the winnings to the tax authorities and income.
4. This activity is organized by the Taipei Performing Arts Center, and the Taipei Performing Arts Center reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the activity. Any relevant announcements will be made on this page.
